She’s equipped to handle complex, high-value transactions, whether locally, nationally, or internationally. Dena’s sharp negotiation skills and ability to connect buyers with the perfect home or community set her apart from others in the industry.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Dena is an active leader in the industry and community. In 2022, she served as the Membership Chair for the Women’s Council of Realtors® (WCR) Houston, and in 2023, she became President-Elect, set to assume the role of President in 2024. In 2025, Dena will serve as the Strategic Partnership Chair for WCR Texas. She’s also on the Houston Association of Realtors® (HAR) Global Advisory Committee (2023-2025), and actively involved in the TREPAC Committee (2024-2025) and the HAR Political Affairs Advisory Group (2025).

Dena is a dedicated volunteer and serves on several key committees for the Houston Livestock and Rodeo, including the Steer Auction Committee, International Committee, Wine Events Committee, and Houston General Go Texan Committee. She is also the past President of the Shady Acres Civic Association, working to enhance the quality of life in the neighborhood, and holds leadership roles with Business Network International (BNI) as both the Realtor® Chair and a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors®.

When she’s not guiding clients through successful real estate transactions or volunteering, Dena enjoys spending time with her husband and their young daughter, who attends Travis Elementary. The family enjoys biking through Houston’s parks, trying new restaurants, and staying active with Pilates.
