Knows his locations, has plenty of contacts for recommendations, and just takes care of his customers overall. He’ll be my permanent realtor moving forward, and I’ll be referring him out as well

My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience in selling our home and purchasing a new one. From the moment we met Dennis we knew we were in good hands. Dennis is kind and genuine. He is extremely professional and keeps the clients best interest always a priority. Selling your home can be a stressful time, especially in today's market. The house that we ended up purchasing after quite an extensive search was one which he personally found for us and it ended up being the perfect fit! With a tough housing market and bad economy you really need a realtor who is tougher. One who will bring out the punching bags if needed, who will fight tooth and nail to get you into the house of your dreams. Well I can say with utmost confidence and proof that Dennis has been there and done that for my family and so much more! We ended up getting out bid for the first house we wanted, however it was meant to be as we found an even better home that made the other one seem insignificant. Dennis walked me through the whole process and being there for me every step! When I felt like everything was going down Dennis helped me back up! I could never repay this man for everything he has done for my family and me personally! He isn't only tough he is so sophisticated and friendly that he makes you feel like family! If you have had bad reality like I have in the past and are skeptical about who to trust Dennis will show you the way it is supposed to be done. Dennis Salazar is really great to work with in selling and finding a home. We got top dollar for our home, and he was great at negotiating a fair price for the home we purchased. He is patient, quick to respond to questions (days, nights, weekends) throughout the whole process, and is knowledgable of all the different neighborhoods throughout the Phoenix area. What can't you say about Dennis Salazar? My family and I started looking for 2 different homes about 6 months ago when we relocated from California. We had NO IDEA what we were walking into. Little did we know, that the AZ housing market was booming, with houses going 40k+ above list. Dennis always showed the utmost amount of respect, professionalism, and urgency. He understood that in this market you have to JUMP on the house almost the same day if you even want a shot at your dream house. After a long 6 months of looking, and 13 rejected offers later, WE GOT A HOUSE! As young first time homebuyers, seeing the amount of time an effort he put into us, really meant a lot. I moved to Arizona in December without knowing how hard it is to find a good place around that time because of the snowbirds. All the properties were already taken, Zillow and trulia had so many fishing posts, I’ve looked for a place for weeks and couldn’t find one that I liked.

And I found Dennis. I explained what I’m looking for and budget, he sat with me and showed me all the ACTUAL properties right then through zoom. He learnt quickly what I prioritize and my preferences, 2 days after I found the perfect place and wrote the contract without any hassle!

It was the weekend, around Christmas time so I supposed to wait for a few days to move in but my situation was urgent. He resolved the issue right away and I was able to move in the same day. Even after that he took care of so many things for me, I couldn’t do all that by myself without him.

Now I recommend him to everyone around me! He is not only capable, but also very personal, great personality and hardworking. Very professional but also friendly, always responsive even when he is away for his vacation.

I strongly recommend him, you will save so much time, effort, and energy while getting way better value of properties.

I actually met Dennis by accident more than anything. I was already in the process of listing my home and just filled out a questionnaire online for guidance that routed me to Dennis (I wasn’t aware that would happen... I’m a millennial that’s still learning the internet, I guess). I told him upfront that I was already listing elsewhere, because I’m used to those traditional “salesmen”; you know the type. Dennis is the furthest thing from that. He was gracious, supportive, and helped me get some answers even knowing I was already going another direction.

Furthermore, he continued to check in during the process, gave me expert advice, and when we got into escrow he even helped me look at new places to rent without ever asking for a thing. When we met in person I had to confirm he wasn’t an actual unicorn - he isn’t, he’s apparently just a great guy that actually wants to help others. It should say something that I’m writing a review for Dennis and NOT the agent who actually listed my home. 😬

I can say with full confidence that, should my wife and I buy another place in the future, Dennis will be the professional we’ll use; and if you’re smart you will too.
