Devita has helped mentor and guide me to be the amazing Realtor that I am today. Through her direction, I have become an expert in the Real Estate Industry. She took the time to provide me a step by step road map on how to assist my clients with their dream home. Devita is very patient in her teaching, an effective listener and attention to detail is phenomenal. Also, she taught me the importance of building a network of connections who could help my customers with future remodeling or upgrading their home. This allowed me to build a close network of trust with my customers. She is always willing to lend a hand to help. Devita's interpersonal skills are impeccable as they are lined up with mine which is why we work so well together. She also taught me the importance of negotiation on behalf of my customers. I must say I could not have been blessed with a better mentor. Even as of today, she is still sharing tidbits of her knowledge to continue to help me be successful.

I was extremely fortunate to have Devita as my agent as she was the consummate professional during my home search. Excellent Service!
What a wonderful experience… a Job well done! Devita was very instrumental in finding the right home for us at a price we could comfortably afford. She also was able to find a buyer for the home were well selling in 2019. Devita was very easy to work with and was always available to answer our calls while guiding us through the due diligence and sales process. I have worked with other real estate agents in the past, however, Devita’s level of expertise in the real estate market is superior and second to none. Devita was absolutely the best realtor hands down. She was personable, walked me through all stages and was always accessible. Devita knows the market and all the ins and outs. In one day we looked at 10 properties, and I found the perfect property for me out of those listings. Devita is thorough and has great follow up skills. I'd recommend her to anyone. Very responsive and professional. Devita was on top of everything-- before, during and after we put our house on the market. She always answered my phone calls, texts and emails even early or late of the day. Even she missed the phone call, she called back right away. Also, she gave me an update time to time to let me know how things are going. She helped us with repairs before we put our house on the market----this saved us alot of time and money. Highly recommend to everyone.
