I recently had the privilege of working with Emily on a cross-sale. I've been in real estate for over 20 years, and it's not often that I'm taken by surprise by the level of professional etiquette and solid communication that I experienced while working with Emily. From the very first phone call, she was upbeat, friendly and extremely helpful and collaborative. Her style is fun, yet highly professional which makes it an absolute pleasure to work with her. We were able to get our deal closed from start to finish in just 11 business days which is almost unheard of! I would love it if all my transactions were as smooth and seamless as this one was and I look forward to hopefully working with Emily again in the future!

Sixteen years ago, after my parents retired from their careers in Queens, New York, they moved to beautiful Arizona. It was bittersweet, but it was my dad‘s dream and I wanted my parents to enjoy their retirement. They had their dream home built in the Sundance adult community, Buckeye, Arizona. A few years ago I suggested that they both consider moving back to New York and to be around family as they got older. Unfortunately, my dad passed away last year and mom was left heartbroken and alone after 58 years of marriage. A year had past and mom and I made a decision that she needs to come back home to New York. We were both nervous at the idea of how we were going to accomplish this with a distance of 2200 miles between us. Emily Tyson was highly recommended to us and she was the BEST person I could have hoped for. She went above and beyond our expectations from the very beginning. She educated us and really provided support and understood what we needed to accomplish. This task seemed overwhelming, but I felt so confident and comfortable with Emily; it was as if I had a family member 2200 miles away helping my mom go through this process when I could not be there in person. She had our home sold within 48 hours and we were thrilled. She is dedicated, a hard worker, compassionate, a great communicator, an ally, and helped us navigate through a difficult time. She was there for us 100% and always picked up the phone when I called. Mom and I could never have accomplished what we did if we didn’t have Emily in our corner. We are so blessed that she was our realtor and now friend! We will forever be grateful to her and we recommend Emily wholeheartedly!
