Eric Hernandez

I graduated with a BS in Business Administration and a focus on Finance. I spent several years in the finance industry helping small and high-risk businesses obtain funding. During that time I became interested in real estate investment, and after purchasing my first investment property, I decided to get my real estate license. I began practicing real estate as a full-time career in 2004. I am currently licensed in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. After serving as Principal Broker to Keller Williams Arlington office of over 100 agents, I decided I most enjoyed working with individual home buyers, sellers & investors. With my extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and contract laws, I am committed to providing all of my clients with stress-free real estate transactions.
