Having been involved in many facets of real estate, including selling over $250 Million thus far in real estate, Evan brings his knowledge and experience to The Compean Group, a boutique team he founded to expand on his deeply ingrained principles for high level service, marketing, and tactful negotiating with insight, all based on experience and data. He then began managing his personal portfolio of real estate investments, private lending on new construction and rehab projects, and taking on joint ventures with development projects. He has also obtained significant experience personally rehabbing and building, not to mention years as a buyer's agent, before transitioning into a listing agent, and then forming a team.
