I love Mrs. Gayle. Her sense of humor is so amusing to me. I get excited each time I see her name pop up or I have to call her because I know she’s going to make me laugh. So far I have received nothing but positivity, professionalism, honesty, promptness and knowledge from her. She’s very intelligent and not stingy with her knowledge in the real estate field. Even explaining the documents, she explains to you “why” this had to be this way. So far so good, I’m so glad that I met her.

Gayle has managed my properties for 20 years. She is an expert in her field. Having dealt with other property managers she is by the far the best.

During hurricane Katrina and Rita she took the lead in repairing my houses quickly and kept me in the loop during the entire process

Her knowledge of property management issues has saved me dollars many times. Whether it be deciding on repair scope, or best way of dealing with a late tenant, she always has the answer

I rented from Gayle for a year and then this year my boyfriend and I looked to buy our first home. As first time homeowners, Gayle's knowledge and expertise has been a tremendous help in these very difficult times to buy a home. She never tried to lock us into a deal that wasn't a good fit to us and took us on countless home tours during atypical work hours. She puts in the time and cares. I would recommend Gayle as a real estate agent to anyone! Do the right thing by Gayle and she will always do the right thing by you!
