Halley is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She provided excellent advice on pricing and the overall market situation. She marketed our apartment well, using an experienced photographer to create an appealing listing and also sent out a postcard with property description to everybody in the neighborhood. Halley is a very busy agent, but she was tireless with showings, immediately responded to texts and has time to discuss the status and to make suggestions for the next steps. But what really makes her different and special is that she is a kind person: When I wasn’t sure that we made a right decision about turning down an offer, she spent time talking to me and explaining why it was the best approach. There are many other examples!
Halley sold our apartment and shepherded it through the complexities of the Coop approval process. I feel lucky that we chose Halley.

She read and fully comprehended the by-laws of the co-op I was renting. Offered clear and concise direction in terms of pricing. Always on time for showing of property. Very soft spoken but direct. Prepared rent leasing documents.

A Match Made in Heaven

What can I not say about Halley Natkin that is not great! And no, I am not related to her in any way. We met by chance while I was searching for a new forever retirement home. I’m writing from my newly purchased home on the 25th floor overlooking the GWB and upper Manhattan skyline in Fort Lee, NJ (almost Heaven) and the first person to thank is Halley, and I could not be happier with the decision. She was so accommodating in the early stages of viewing apartment, and once I found what I wanted she literally held my hand through the process. She gave me multiple names of attorneys, home inspectors and lenders. Purchasing a new home is a big decision, and I was moving from another State so there are always many questions. Halley was so responsive at every turn, and took so much stress off of me. I am so happy with my new home, and Halley remains a continuous resource for the next stages to navigate through the building management and the contracting work I want to do to make this space my own.
