Holly helped me sell my parents home which wasn't easy as I was the conservator for the estate. She worked with the lawyers, title 5 repair company as well as mold abatement company. Holly basically did everything for me which was great because of the difficulty of selling the family home was getting to me. She if a wonderful person and a friend for life.

Holly was very informative, guiding me through the home buyer steps for buying a new house. Holly is connected with a lot of people in the "know" and has immense knowledge of what is out there for sale. She knows a lot of the local areas, like if certain houses would be prone to getting flooded during storms. Her company helped me purchase a home and it never made it "to be listed". When we decided to sell our house we called Holly. She was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to sell our home. Our house was under contract three days later with an offer $21,000.00 over asking. It went on the market 1/8/2021 and we closed on 2/19/2021 (barely enough time to pack up). If you are thinking of selling you need Holly to be your realtor.
