I have lived in Colorado for over 10 years and consider myself an honorary Coloradoan. I have lived in Colorado longer than anywhere else in my life. Colorado has so much to offer that I found it extremely difficult to live anywhere else. The mountains in Colorado are part of what makes it so magical and is home of the Rocky Mountains. Colorado has 300 sunny days a year with activities for all four seasons, not to mention having the best sunrises and sunsets around. Also, Colorado is a very pet friendly state making it that much more difficult to see myself living anywhere else.

I have bought and sold my first property here, in Colorado, as well as manage my own rental income properties. These ignited my passion for real estate and founded Ian Homes.

Before I became a REALTOR® I have always imagined myself on the opposite side of the business rather than being the buyer or the seller. My whole working life has consistently revolved around the service of others which became my motivation to pursue a career in real estate. I was in the healthcare industry prior to real estate where I have helped countless patients with their needs. I wanted to take my enthusiasm and my love for helping others to another industry and build my career around the enjoyment of others whether it be finding a place to call home or an investment property.
