About Jennifer

Jennifer Halbert is a Southeast girl who has found her home on the
west coast and is excited to help others do the same. She was raised in Central Florida and studied advertising, graphic and desktop design, and public relations. She ultimately found her calling as a Realtor. Jennifer holds a California real estate license and is a member of the Laguna Board of Realtors. She originally moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career and eventually found her home in Orange County. She feels people are drawn to Laguna Beach because of the welcoming, artistic vibe of the area.

Having moved across the county, Jennifer understands the challenges of relocating to a new area. Whether buying or selling — across the country or across the street — she has made it her mission to make any transition into or around Laguna Beach as smooth as possible for her clients.

Jennifer likens real estate to a matchmaker business. She wants buyers to fall in love with their new home. She takes pride in her attentive customer service and treats each client as she would a friend. Jennifer uses her eclectic background to take selling a home to the next level, offering complimentary social media marketing and basic staging.

At the core of everything she does is her family. Hailing from New York, Jennifer’s parents instilled the values of honesty, integrity and hard work in everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys abstract painting, auditioning for acting roles, substitute teaching at a respected in-home preschool in Laguna Beach, and helping out in her community.
