Some real estate agents are like fajitas. They come at you hot and have all the pieces you need for your dinner/transactions but YOU have to be the one to put it together. You may not know the best combination, you may burn yourself, you may get distracted by your phone and life and let the fajitas get cold. And you know what? I'm sure those are FINE fajitas, but you're not a chef, so it wasn't that good.

The LKW Home Team is NOT like fajitas. They are on demand experts with an entire team of professionals who know what you need, when you need it and they are happy to help you prepare for it exactly the way you want it.

Fajitas are delicious, but you need master chefs when you are buying and selling a home.

It's hard to fully explain how great of an experience we had with Lauren when looking for a new home. During what is typically a very stressful time, Lauren made sure that our experience was exactly the opposite. Between being on top of any new listings and driving all around town anytime we wanted to see a house, she was always almost instant to respond and set up anything that we needed. We gave them a bunch qualifications for our new real estate property here in Columbus, Ohio and they checked them all off. We were even bouncing back and forth between moving to a new place or using it as a rental and they were finding properties for both of those paths. Lauren is an amazingly patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated realtor. Her first priority is to make sure that her clients find the place that is right for them. We looked at 32 different places before I bought my condo, and I can honestly say that it is my absolute dream home. During the whole process, Lauren never pressured me into trying to buy a home that I didn't love. When needless complications arose with the buyers for my previous home and with the bank, Lauren expertly helped me handle both situations to make sure that everything worked out in the end.

I now have purchased an investment property with her. A few issues came up with a contractor, and a major issue arose from the previous seller failing to disclose something that turned into a major expense.
