Historic homes and mid-20th-century ranch-style houses

In Clintonville, no two houses are alike. “It’s a neighborhood of neighborhoods,” says longtime resident and Realtor Joseph C Jackson with The Jackson Team at Keller Williams Capital Partners. “It used to be nothing but farms, and then in the early 1900s, it started getting slowly built up. Now it’s a bedroom community with everything from beautiful historic homes to suburban ranches and split-levels.” These homes include the Dutch Colonials and Queen Annes in the Easy North Broadway Historic District. There’s also a handful of townhouses and condos. Single-family and multifamily properties generally range from the mid-$200,000s to the mid-$800,000s, while townhouses and condos cost between the mid-$100,000s and the mid-$300,000s. The median single-family home price is in the mid-$400,000s, slightly higher than in Old North Columbus.
