I cannot begin to express how fortunate my daughter and I were to have had Jessica Longo as my daughter’s real estate agent during her recent house hunt. Jessica's patience throughout the entire process was nothing short of remarkable. She never complained when we asked to see another listing and was always there on time with a smile and a cold bottle of water. She made a potentially stressful process very pleasant, thanks to her wonderful nature and competence. To top it off, she came into the closing with a warm box of Krispy Kreme donuts that everyone enjoyed gratefully.

In the end, my daughter found the perfect house, and it wouldn't have been possible without Jessica Longo. Jessica's professionalism was outstanding. She worked with us, kept us informed as to what was happening with the purchase. AND she went to bat for us when the selling agent started to balk and play the "can we up the offer" game. She didn't go there and in the end, the sellers accepted our offer.
