This was a very long process with many difficult moments on both sides of selling and buying and Joe’s guidance was crucial for the decision making process. Every house we saw, he went through it meticulously and pointed out the positives and negatives from mechanics to structure to what will even need to be addressed in the near future so I could take that into account for cost. Never swayed me but gave me the information I needed so I could make an informed decision. He helped me step by step with patience and grace. Many times explaining the same thing to because I just couldn’t understand and was happy to do so.

On the selling side, he gave suggestions to improve my home for the most optimal benefit and he was correct ! I look back at the past 7 months of this journey and I know for certain the main reason I got through it was Joe. Choose him, it will be the best decision for such a major life change.

I don’t think words could ever describe the professionalism, knowledge and hard work (upon many other things) that Joe Waters portrays every single day. There was never a question that went unanswered, and when we needed something, Joe was there no matter the day or time.
