Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Karen Lee made the move from Boise to Bradenton in 2022 when her husband accepted a school ministry position—bringing their four teenagers and two poodles along for the adventure. What started as a leap of faith quickly turned into a thriving new chapter, both personally and professionally, as Karen built a fast-rising real estate business in Florida’s competitive coastal market.

With over 20 years of experience running her own fashion company, Karen brings a polished blend of business savvy, strong communication, and genuine connection to every transaction. Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, she has quickly earned a reputation for delivering a smooth, positive experience for both buyers and sellers—resulting in happy clients on both sides of the table.

Karen’s background, including a Communications degree from LMU, has equipped her to navigate negotiations, marketing, and client relationships with confidence and care. She approaches real estate with enthusiasm, integrity, and her signature touch of sparkle—making each client feel supported from first showing to closing day.

At her core, Karen is passionate about helping people and serving others well, always striving to make each move as seamless and rewarding as possible.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying an iced lavender latte, playing pickleball, or soaking in a Florida sunset with her family.
