She did an excellent job of listing and staging our place and as a result we received a lot of traffic. We were in Pennsylvania while the unit was for sale and Karol went above and beyond in maintaining the place in ready to show condition - even adding fresh flowers! Despite a down market she found a highly qualified buyer and skillfully negotiated a deal that was fair and acceptable to both parties. Her follow through with the closing was also exceptional. Jane Kervin We were searching for a condo in the Keys and had tried connecting with a couple of Realtors to help with our search. Karol was immediately responsive and by far the best. She provided us with listings that met our requirements, had extensive knowledge of the area, helped us find a place to stay during our visit and ultimately showed us the condo we ended up buying. We always felt she was working in our best interest and not just wanting to make a sale.
