that buying a home in any market can be a challenge so it is important to pick someone you can trust.

When working with buyers, I will help you find the perfect home and guide you through the entire process, and it doesn't end after the sale. I am always willing to help current and past clients.

For sellers, I will help you price and market your home in order to obtain the maximum value. My goal is to listen to my clients wants and needs and at the end of the transaction for them to say, "Kay had my best interest at heart, she did everything she promised and more!"
