Five stars for Ken and his team! We first met Ken through our neighbors raving about his service. We were in need of a new company to find us a new tenant for our rental property. We first discussed our needs and knew instantly that we were on the same page. He pulled through and found us a great tenant.

Fast forward a year later and we decided to use Ken again to find our forever home. He was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We were looking in Suwanee, which is a trek from Atlanta so we appreciate him showing us homes on the weekend and even getting us a last minute showing late in the evening. He made the home buying process enjoyable and simple. It was a pleasure working with him. And would recommend him to friends and family.

Ken has serve me and my family so well over past few years. We've purchased two home with Ken and feel very good about transactions and outcomes. The man is an expert at what he does. He knows his stuff throughout the process, he's a good listener, he's responsible, and he has his own POV and will advise when asked. I have very high standards for everyone I hire and I rarely write reviews but in this case, I felt differently. Ken Liberty and his KW team did an amazing job selling my home after I had to move for my job. I hadn’t worked with Ken before but his marketing on Facebook compelled me to give him a shot. This is not the first time that my wife and I have worked with Ken Liberty, but this is the first time working with Ken in the midst of the changes and challenges the market is currently facing. Thankfully, Ken proved himself to be up for the challenge. If I could post 10 out of 5 stars I would! Ken was recommended to us by a family friend who worked with him previously. In addition to being the ultimate professional, he is kind, funny, charming, and stylish. In all seriousness, he knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. In addition to showing the homes, he knows about construction, historic homes issues, and has many contacts for inspections, repair estimates, and home insurance. As a second time home buyer, there is still a lot I didn't know. Ken guided me and my husband through the process and took a lot of time and effort in doing showings in a limited time frame. Ken Liberty was SO knowledgeable, polite, positive, and REAL with us. It was a pleasure working with him. He truly worked hard to get us our dream home. There were quite a few obstacles along the way with dealing with a relocation company and seller who were often unresponsive to getting back an appraisal that was 15K under the offer we made. Ken dealt with each issue with efficiency, and knowledge that can only be found in realtors who are PASSIONATE and great at what they do. He submitted the appraisal appeal and got the deal through! He got us to the closing table in record speed.
