In addition to being the ultimate professional, he is kind, funny, charming, and stylish. In all seriousness, he knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. In addition to showing the homes, he knows about construction, historic homes issues, and has many contacts for inspections, repair estimates, and home insurance. There were quite a few obstacles along the way with dealing with a relocation company and seller who were often unresponsive to getting back an appraisal that was 15K under the offer we made. Ken dealt with each issue with efficiency, and knowledge that can only be found in realtors who are PASSIONATE and great at what they do. He submitted the appraisal appeal and got the deal through! He got us to the closing table in record speed.
