The 2 most important things in being a great Realtor is HONESTY & COMMUNICATION. I have never been in any litigation, mediation, arbitration or ever used my E&O Insurance once. Have also done a lot of income-producing properties including short-term rentals AirB&B, HomeAway & VRBO properties. Have become involved in local politics of real estate related issues also.
