Kim Gifford helped us sell our 13 Kellogg Street house recently. We went on the market just after Thanksgiving and had several offers by the end of Jan! Kim is a great negotiator. She always was responsive to phone calls and texts. Kim has great contacts if you need repairs, septic fixes, electrical work, movers, etc. She was extremely professional with the buyer's realtor and kept in close contact for a smooth transaction. Kim got us to the finish line and we couldn't be more grateful!

Kim is a wonderful realtor who really knows her stuff!! She is very personable and totally understands the local market, knows what buyers are looking for, and advised us accordingly for the sale of our townhouse. As such, she sold it within the first week of showings!! I have heard that selling a home can be fraught with issues, but we had the exact opposite experience with Kim. Kim is an amazing realtor. She came across as confident, knowledgeable, as well as personable. We had worked with other realtors prior to find a home in the CT area, but wasn't pointed in the right direction. Its only by chance that I found her name, but this was the best luck ever. She told my wife and I upfront that she would get our offer accepted when there were many other offers, and she did! My experience with Kim was awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and her attention to detail aided immeasurably in getting the house at 4 white Oak in Danbury listed and sold quickly. I without a doubt would use her again and recommend her. She knows the market and we had a closing within 2 months from listing the property.

I am an out of state seller so her tradesman she uses like Ray Melo was nothing less than focused on getting the property ready for sale.
