Kyle Hermann is born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, with deep roots in the local real estate industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, with a concentration in marketing and real estate, laying the foundation for a career that naturally aligned with his family’s long-standing involvement in residential and commercial development, property management, and brokerage ownership.
Kyle brings a genuine passion for residential real estate, where the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and market expertise allows him to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dog. He also enjoys playing hockey, camping, and golfing throughout Arizona.
