Those are 3 names that I purposely put in alphabetical order. I don't want any of them to feel like anyone was less important as the other. So, no saying any of you are my favorite! lol I first worked with them in 2019. They helped me and my family sell a home and then purchase a new one. The prices were great. The support was amazing. The knowledge was fascinatingly accurate. With that being said, I had them put up with me on a second and third go around! This 3 woman tag team is a force to be reckoned with. I've never had any doubt that things wouldn't end well. Cheers to the team! And cheers to every single person that has recruited and will recruit those ladies!

Where to begin, Nicole is simply amazing. From the very beginning she walked my family through the entire process. She answered all our questions at any time of the day. To find our perfect home it took us a little longer but Nicole was still patient with us since we knew exactly what we were looking for and what price point. Nicole is awesome! In this unpredictable market, we saw several homes all over the bay area. I was looking for a home 5 years ago and decided to hold off. During that time I had met a number of real estate agents and Nicole was one of them. We hit it off right away so when I was back in the market I reached out to her. I'm glad I did!! She's highly responsive, professional, patient, and genuine. She decorated the house the day we got the keys and made sure we took pictures. She even had a professional welcome home sign made for us. We recently bought a home with Laura as our buyer's agent. Laura's team including Nicole, Jamie was on top of everything. They were very responsive and took care of every issue that we had in a timely manner. As first time homebuyers, we didn't know a whole lot about home buying process. We visited our first home with Nicole in May and ended up purchasing the very first home put an offer for. Laura helped us negotiate a good deal with the seller in the process. Laura and her team not only educated us on the process, but also made sure that we're fully protected. I bought my first home almost 8 years ago. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to sell it and purchase another one.

The desire to be my own agent was there. It’s hard to not make it an option when it’s considerably cheaper. However, the more I researched it, the more I realized this wasn’t a venture I wanted to take. The overwhelming amount of time and energy spent trying to accomplish something I had NO experience in was already causing a level of anxiety. And so began the research of finding a real estate agent...

I spent a couple of weeks exploring my options. Narrowing it down from 10 to 5 to 3 to 1. I wanted to make sure that time and money was not wasted on an agent. I wanted someone that I felt I would be able to trust with selling my home. After reading Laura’s reviews, and looking at the houses that she helped to sell, I called her to request a meeting.

She came to my home with a smile on her face and a packet of information in her hands. She spoke to me about her company and the things that’s included in her packet. My main reason for having a face-to-face meeting was to see if we would be a good match (our personalities). I wanted to make sure that she had positive energy and was approachable. Less than 5 minutes and I was sold! The decision was made! Before she left I told her we were good to go.

From the beginning till now I have absolutely NO regrets. Her company supplied the photographer and a consultation with a stager. Two things that helped show the home for what it is. A great purchase.

Her professionalism is amazing. Her knowledge is spectacular. Her skillfulness in managing to keep my anxiety ridden self at ease was above my expectations. She stayed in communication with me about everything. Any question I had, she answered. Because I trusted her with my home, I took her advice and recommendations. With that being said, within 2 weeks I had offers above asking price! I accepted one and started the process of having the beginning of 2019 be the last time living in my first home.

Thanks Laura! You’re one in a million!

Laura is the BEST! She did such a fantastic job. Wow. She struck the ideal balance between professional and friendly. She tells it like it is (so refreshing!), and does so with support and understanding. She kept me updated in exactly the way I wanted, and was just ‘on it’ throughout the entire process. I am slow to trust, but was swift in trusting Laura. The sale of my house was, at times, totally absurd, yet Laura dealt with it with encouragement and patience (for me) and, to my delight, grace and a certain no-nonsense (for the buyers and their agent). She had my back, and was even there for me when I got totally frustrated, offering compassion and, somehow at the same time, keeping me in reality. (Does she have a degree in Psychology too!?) Compared to my experience with another agent when purchasing my house, well, there’s no comparison: Laura was a true gift. So, if you’re reading this review because you’re trying to find the right agent for you, work with Laura. Really, work with Laura.

We were selling our home so that we could move back home to Denver. I had been watching the market for a while and somehow I got connected to Laura through email. Laura began checking in on me about once a month as I had told her that we were not ready to sell yet but hopefully within the next year. She was excellent at keeping me posted on the market status and about a year later we decided to sell. She had made us feel so comfortable and was so helpful during that year that we obviously went ahead and used her as our agent. She made the process go as smoothly as she could (we all know there is usually some hiccups during the process) and she saw us through those with patience, and I do mean patience as at times I was asking a lot of questions and some were probably a little over kill.
