About Leila

Leila Perez pursued her career in real estate in 2015, following a relocation to Slidell, LA.
Leila has a passion foar helping people obtain a reality, that may have otherwise just been a dream. She believes in people, listens to their needs and desires, then selflessly makes their dream, her mission.
 
She faced adversity as all new agents do, with the added challenge of starting her career as a new mom, in a city where she knew no one and had little knowledge of the area. Leila accepted these challenges, established goals and set out to be the best in the industry. Leila has an established clientele, is highly recommended by others and prides herself on professionalism. Clients are not just clients, she believes in creating relationships that continue far beyond closing day.
 
In efforts meet the demand of the industry and maintain the level of professionalism as well as the continuing effort to build relationships, Leila established the Leila Perez Team.
 
In 2019, Leila Partnered with Heather Jacobson to maintain the the team's transactions. As the Transaction Coordinator, Heather works behind the scenes to ensure that each transaction is successfully executed.
 
In December of 2020, Leila navigated the uncharted waters of COVID-19 and continued on the path of success. Together, the 2020 Top Producing Agents have maintained their status and exceeded their goals, opening the door for team growth.
 
In March of 2021, The team welcomed Amanda Beltran to the office. Leila's success warranted the need for an Administrative Assistant to help with client appreciation, maintaining files, scheduling appointments and day to day administrative needs. This allowed Leila more time to dedicate to the field and to better serve their clients. After 6 months of facilitating the administrative duties for the team, Amanda took the next step to become licensed. 
 
In December of 2021, the Leila Perez Team was completed by the accompaniment of Buyer's Specialist, Denise Heemskerk. Denise shares our passions and believes in our mission. Although Denise is new to the team, she is not new to the Real Estate Industry.
 
In 2024, Leila opened up her own brokerage which focused on bringing her efforts to the community and maximizing marketing for her clients. If you are looking for a professional who not only understands the market, but appreciates and respects their clients needs, look no further!
