I'm from NY and was looking to purchase a second home in Florida. I had a realtor contact me from Zillow and was not happy with them at all. Over the next few weeks I dealt with 3 different realtors that were not answering calls and not returning emails. Things all changed for the better when I was put in contact with Lisa. From DAY 1, Lisa immediately got to work trying to find us a home. With the market as crazy as it is in Florida and other parts of the country it wasn't going to be easy. We put in 7 offers that we were outbid on, and most were above ask. The 8th was the lucky one and we found our dream home! I seen the house when it was listed 8pm at night and called Lisa immediately and within the hour she had our offer written up and over to the sellers. Lisa was available day and night for us and I don't believe we ever would have finally closed on our house without her. Lisa was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home in Florida.
