I had the difficult situation of trying to purchase a house from across the country, contingent on the sale of my PNW home. A local friend connected me with Lisa Wolf, who immediately set me up with who I can only guess must be her secret weapon, Stephanie Pellegrin, because she was a miracle worker!

I connected with Stephanie immediately and she made a stressful situation fun. We had to do a lot of virtual tours and in the end she found me a great house exactly where I wanted to be without my ever being able to set foot in it until it was mine. I trusted her completely and she expertly negotiated the deal for me. Not only did she save me from a planned bidding war, but locked me in with a contract before the house even went on the market. That says a lot about her negotiating skills and the influence and connections of Lisa Wolf and her team.

Stephanie has also gone above and beyond in connecting me with resources, answering endless questions, and always responding quickly, even after closing.

I came out here for a fresh start, and I have found myself in the perfect house in the perfect location and I couldn't be happier.

As a first-time homebuyer, I could not have asked for a better realtor than Tracy Botten! After getting matched randomly through realtor.com, Tracy immediately earned my trust with her professionalism, patience, and transparency. Though I was living on the East Coast, we took advantage of a short trip I was making to Chicago to view some properties in person, and Tracy adeptly used this experience to get an idea of my priorities. We then continued the search remotely, with Tracy sending me detailed videos of her walkthroughs or video calling me directly. She was also extremely helpful in recommending an independent mortgage company that quickly got me a preapproval letter so that I could begin making offers.

Tracy's real brilliance, however, shone through when it came to making offers. After a few weeks of looking remotely, I finally found a condo that checked all my boxes, and we put in an offer. Due to some constraints on my end, we had to ask for a slightly later closing date than was ideal, and the seller initially took another offer that promised a quicker close. Tracy, however, was undeterred, and made it clear to the other agent how serious I was about this condo. Her persistence paid off when the initial offer fell through and the seller's agent immediately came back to us, agreeing to our original closing date. The interpersonal relationship Tracy established with the seller's agent was crucial to sealing the deal, and, afterwards, the other agent even admitted that she wished they had gone with us from the beginning!

Tracy was also instrumental in ensuring that the closing progressed smoothly and quickly, helping to coordinate the financing, inspection, and attorney review while I worked out the move itself. The exceptional team Tracy assembled was communicative and efficient, expertly navigating a few last-minute hiccups so that everything happened according to plan. I've now been living in the condo for a few months and cannot thank Tracy and her team enough for helping me purchase my very first home!
