I fell in love with this cabin the second I saw it online! I contacted Maria and told her this is mine however I had a budget limit. Maria made the contacts and was able to reach an agreement with both the seller and their real estate agent that worked for both seller and buyer. Went through with the long process of getting a mortgage..imagine my dismay when there were no appraisers available for MONTHS! Seller became agitated and demanded that we terminate the contract before an appraiser could be found. Maria is an outstanding realtor! In my complex there were three other condos for sale and two were less expensive then mine. I was scared it wouldn’t sell but I was very wrong! Maria searched and found a buyer who offered me a guaranteed $4000 over my asking price. Needless to say, I was very pleased. I used her to buy another condo and she negotiated the price down too.
Maria not only looked out for me, she helped my buyer find a mortgage company that was offering first time buyer deals and saved them thousands!
