Maria and I met though a neighbor app by her offering free supplies for my classroom. After getting supplies, hundreds of dollars in grants for my classroom, she worked tirelessly on finding me a home of my own.
We saw many houses and not once did I feel pressured, out of my budget, or nervous. Maria always made sure I was comfortable in every aspect of the home I was looking for. Maria found my current home, negotiated prices, made sure everything was up to par, closed 3 weeks early, and I brought zero dollars to the closing table.

I fell in love with this cabin the second I saw it online! I contacted Maria and told her this is mine however I had a budget limit. Maria made the contacts and was able to reach an agreement with both the seller and their real estate agent that worked for both seller and buyer. Went through with the long process of getting a mortgage..imagine my dismay when there were no appraisers available for MONTHS! Seller became agitated and demanded that we terminate the contract before an appraiser could be found. Maria was able to use her negotiation skills to convince the seller and his agent to hang in there an extra few days for everything to fall in place.
