Excellent work by the team of Mark, Kristen and Patty. They continue to exceed my expectations. They have been a big help in buying and selling two (2) houses for me. The first house was sold in 2018 in less than 30 days. The second was sold in Nov 2023 in just 6 days! Mark provided a comparative market analysis to determine a good listing price. He also made excellent recommendations on staging the house.

Kristen did a great job in writing a complete and clear listing description, along with professional photos. She also did an excellent job in negotiating the purchase price of our new home.

All major real estate portals were used, MLS, Zillow, etc. Communications skills are excellent. I appreciated the reminders Mark sent via email, text and phone calls keeping us up to date on paperwork, arranging inspections and appraisals. Mark made the buying and selling process easy.

Patty was a tremendous help in financing our new house. She found us the lowest mortgage rate. Excellent communications skills. She was easy to reach and definitely took the stress out of our home buying journey.

I was referred to Mark through my sister who is an agent herself in Virginia. She had worked with him on a previous Pittsburgh sale. I'm so pleased with results, especially in this market! His partner Kristen and he took very good care of me and I can't thank them enough. Mark and Kristen were very responsive and "on it" when we had multiple offers. I returned to my new home in Key Largo prior to closing and all the paperwork was handled easily that I didn't need to be present. Big relief! Mark was an amazing realtor he works well with the team that he has. I can’t describe how above and beyond him and his team went to help me find a home. He’s the type of realtor that’s not looking to make a commission he truly cares about the person and type of home they are looking for and how it will fit their needs. Him and his team work well and coordinate with each other when Mark wasn’t available he made sure I had somebody else from his team to help me. The other member of his team provided the exact same level of service that Mark would. As well as would be completely up to speed with what I was looking for and be able to provide the same level of customer service.

I was Originally working with another realtor that had very little experience with VA loans and veterans. Then I had a friend recommend Mark and he stuck by me looking for over a year until I settled on a house. Also his business provides special service to veterans through the homes for heroes program. I was really grateful for that program as well his loan office that has extensive knowledge with dealing with VA loans.

When working with mark he was honest about certain areas if it wouldn’t fit what I was looking for. He also took in consideration certain details that I had in mind as well as helped me figure out what I really wanted. I started off thinking I needed one particular house and then the more I started looking he was able to help me figure out the actual house that would fit my needs and lifestyle better. I would be calling him all the time to ask questions about Different homes. He was very prompt at getting back to me and provided good feedback as well as any knowledge and experience on certain things that I may not have understood at the time.

Since purchasing and closing on the house the new house I’ve been extremely happy. I didn’t think I would be able to find a place that would check off every single box on my list, I thought I would have to make concessions. Also, I’m new to Pittsburgh I did not know a lot of contractors he was able to help me find the right people to do any upgrades to the home that I purchased. If there were any issues that came up or concerns that I had he was on top of everything And made sure everything got done right. This guy literally knows everyone so if you need a contractor for anything he would be able to help with that as well after you buy your home. Him and his team even followed up just to see how I was settling in And asked if I needed any help with anything. I needed at Dumpster to help get rid a few things he was able to help find me somebody for that as well as another contractor to do the floors and I’ve been happy with the contractors that he provided. I would strongly recommend using him or somebody on his team to find a home I can honestly say you will not find the same level of service anywhere else.

When my husband Pete and i found this place it was a great value for the price and place we got . He has taken care of pretty much everything we needed done that needed taken care of . Now i lost my husband do to a recent fall and i had called Mark to let himknow that the blower went on furnace and took care of that right away. Now the expansion tank went and was very promt on getting someone therethe next day and was taken care of right away. Good luck. You were always nice to me and pete. So i thank you for that.

Mark handled a referral that I sent him. As a fellow REALTOR, I appreciate how efficient he was in handling all the details of the transaction. He was able to get the property listed and under contract right away and for more money than the seller was expecting. Even with a buyer financing change that caused a slight delay, he was able to keep everything on track and moving forward. He has a great team of people to refer when the out of town seller needed assistance getting things done at the property and his assistant Kristen was completely in the loop and could step in to respond when Mark was busy with another appointment. Our home selling experience with Mark Handlovitch and Kristen Scott was outstanding. From the listing to closing every aspect of the process went smoothly. Every advertising media was used to feature and promote our house. That was extremely helpful, as we received an offer on the fourth day after listing which we accepted. They spent ample time with us touring our house and discussing all of the features. Information was given about all of the steps along the way and we were always kept in the loop with what to expect and what information we needed to provide to the buyer, the buyer's agent and the settlement/closing company.
