We have had the privilege and pleasure of working with Mark Peebles and his team two times - working with him to help our daughter buy her first house in 2017, and then again recently, working with him to find a house that would meet some unique family requirements and to sell our daughter's first house. In all ways professional, honest, knowledgable, responsive, experienced, a person of high integrity and humility, and so easy (and even fun) to work with. Mark and his family have worked real estate in the Dayton area for many years. They know the area and they are very skilled in the real estate "space". They are focused on getting to know the client and their needs, and then working hard to find just that house. The Peebles support staff are also excellent and truly supportive. Over the years we have had the great fortune of working with some really great realtors. As good as they were, I put Mark and his team at the top of the list. Highly recommended with no reservations or qualifications. Should that need arise again, Mark and team will be our first call!

We highly recommend Peebles Group. They command the highest level of competence, market knowledge and know-how. They were pro-active in guiding us ahead of schedule every step of the way both buying and selling and were able to correctly forecast a right asking price to create a bidding war resulting in a selling price well above asking. They have their trade down to a science and seem to have a program or solution for every contingency based on seasoned experience. They work hard, earn their commission, and don’t just disappear once they get it. On a personal note, Mark Peebles became our personal friend from the day we met. He helped us find the right house in the right place in 3 days. We then stayed friends through the years until we needed to sell and move. When it comes to the business of real estate, you cannot afford to choose a realtor just because they are somebody’s friend or family: you need the best expert you can find. We found that expert in Mark Peebles who also became like family to us.

Our family finally found a house after looking for more than a year. During this long and stressful process of house hunting during the pandemic and shortage of houses, it was Mark’s cheerful and helpful attitude that helped us through it. He was always there with an immediate response and ready to show us houses at very short notice. He was always there to guide us and never gave us the feeling that we were bothering him with innumerable questions as we are first time home buyers. And he was never pushy... he would let us go at our own pace. Overall we had a great experience with Mark and his team. Would highly recommend them.
P.S: loved meeting his family through this whole process esp his dad. And a special shout out to Brandon ( Mark’s brother in law) who also helped us .

What an amazing group of people! We were looking to buy a new home and sell ours at the same time. Mark and Brandon came in person to our home to sit down with us and talk financials, advise us on how to stage our home to sell, give us a detailed walk though the process, and answer all of the questions we had.

Once the ball got rolling, Brandon Brooks and Kimie Miller kept things organized, clear, and on schedule. They very extremely responsive with questions regarding showings, inspections, contracts, reminders, and appointments!

Brandon worked tirelessly and helped us find and purchase a new home that we are thrilled with! His advice, knowledge, and always available schedule made us feel like we were the only clients he had. One could not ask for better service! Once our house hit the market, we had 5 showings with 4 offers within hours. We ended up selling our home 12 hours after officially listing for well over the asking price!

Overall, the best realty group I have worked with! You feel valued, heard, and understood as a friend here at eXp. They are always available for questions, ideas, and concerns. They are so friendly and can tell that they are honest/quality people to work with. I specifically with with Brandon Brooks and had an incredible experience with him. We looked at 150+ houses and he was prepared to talk about each one. You could tell that he was focused on you as a person and wanted what was best for you. He is such an honest and friendly guy. He never tried to push me to a higher priced house and wanted what I wanted for my price range. He would go out of his way all the time for me and one such example was leaving a lock box a month after I had purchased the house so that workers could use it to access the house. This was an example of how this group goes above and beyond. Their customer service is unmatched! We can’t say enough about how great the Peebles Group are. They did a first rate job introducing us to Dayton. Brandon and Mark gave us an enlightening tour of the city that helped us determine where to look for a home as well as just learn some of the interesting history of Dayton and fun spots to visit. We were interested in purchasing our first home with my wife and I was referred to the Peebles group by my employer. I worked mainly with Mike peebles but also Mark, Brandon and Kimimie Immediately upon meeting them, I could tell that professionalism, friendliness, and more importantly dedication to relationships stood out over other realtors.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience, and with focusing on our search for a single family house in the hot market of Dayton , we are very happy with our home purchase. Throughout the process Mike and Mark were constantly updating us, always giving us honest advice and keeping our best interests at heart. For us as 1st time homeowners, they walked us through each step in a dedicated manner. Our relationship did not end at offer acceptance, as Mike and Mark were equally as diligent in the escrow process as well as advice that extends beyond the home purchase. They also helped us out in finding help for home and garden maintenance, handyman and even good restaurants as we are new to town.

Mark is the greatest realtor around. He will not only buy/sell your home he will help you in anyway you need. Our house got hit by the Dayton tornado while we were in the process of selling it and our power was out for a week. Mark tracked down a generator from one of his friends so we could power our sump pump in case another storm hit. He also helped us sell our house on very short notice. I would recommend him to anyone one of my friends or family. You will rest assured that you have a great realtor and friend in Mark Peebles. He is so extremely honest, you can trust him with anything.

If you are house hunting, I would strongly recommend Mark Peebles of Peebles Group. After the great experience we had, I feel compelled to write this review. This excellent team is much more than a traditional real estate agent. Mark and his father have been in this business for a very long time, and their knowledge and understanding of the area, market, and community is amazing. Yet, they are not pushy and offer the advice strategically. The best thing I felt working with them, is that they have their client's best interest in mind.

We were very impressed with how their team coordinates the post-offer phase. They make it smooth and painless. We were out of state buyers and had a few issues to address, but Mark's team made it so easy to handle everything.

Another unique quality that this team offers is 'after sales support'. Like most agents, they will not disappear on you once closing is done. Our move-in was a couple of months after closing and for all this time, Mark helped out with finding a lawn care guy, helped address a strange garage door malfunction.

The fact is that having an agent that has a great, team, is smart and knowledable, has sole focus on your best interests, and always available to help, is priceless!

Mark is very willing to go the extra mile to make sure your interests are well represented in the real estate transaction. Get his opinion on things such as banks to use for your loan, as our choice (coming from out of town) turned out to be a serious flaw in the process. Mark stepped in and helped correct the issue, and our bank openly said that his presence was a motivating factor in forcing the bank to do what they needed to do to fix their errors.
