I put my house on the market the week the rates went up. This made it difficult to sell, but Matt did everything in his power to keep it moving, working numerous open houses, calling his contacts, sending realtors by to make sure that they were aware, etc. I would happily recommend Matt to anyone who wants an honest, hard-working, honorable agent.
