We’re extremely grateful to our amazing realtor Matt Scannapieco of Franklin Investment Realty. He was always willing to make himself available to look at houses we wanted to see but also guide us to really think about what makes a “forever” home for us. The entire process can be overwhelming and he helped keep us focused on our priorities. His expertise was extremely appreciated by us while we walked through each house and he carefully examined both the exterior and interior. More thorough than a home inspection (from my previous experience). His numbers are also spot on – quick to give assessments on how much certain improvements might cost. Since we’re going through some of those updates right now I am happy to share that his estimates have been extremely accurate and helped us when seeking quotes and hiring contractors. The selling process was also seamless – listing our house Friday afternoon and it was under contract by Sunday. Throughout the entire process we knew we could completely trust him to be looking out for us, be open and honest, and walk us through every detail on both selling and buying. We were nervous to buy and sell at the same time but with Matt guiding us and making sure to always walk through the numbers with us we knew we were in good hands. For me, he was a Real Realtor who was there for me, who listened to my needs with real ears, who did not shy away from showing me not-so-nice neigborhoods and nice or not-so-nice properties.
