Melissa was the best realtor that I could've came across. She's super knowledgeable, cared about my family and our needs, she spent a lot of time with me and didnt treat me like I was some number. I absolutely adore her. She's a great lady and worked so hard in finding our home. I would recommend her to anyone .

Melissa did a fantastic job for us. She was on top of every detail from the beginning to the end of us buying our new home. She was always available and was willing to look at as many houses as we wanted. She kept in constant communication, and we always felt that she gave us her honest opinion as well. You could not find yourselves a better advocate through the buying process than Melissa. She fought to get us the best outcome every step of the way. We really feel she went above and beyond, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Melissa was our advocate from start to finish! We were out of town the week of closing and she took care of all of our questions and concerns. Her understanding of the process and follow thru with the lender and title company was so appreciated. By far the most amazing realtor I could have asked for! She fought for things that I didn’t even know I needed to fight for, she always had my back and only showed me houses that were actually what I was looking for!! Wow!! Where do I begin...Melissa Calhoun is an amazing realtor! We are making a move back to the valley and not living in the new area...she really helped inform us and looked at so many properties for us. She’s very smart and knows the business so well. She worked so hard for us that people asked her if we were a relative to her. She knows the market and all the ins and outs of buying a home. I highly recommend Melissa! Actions speak way louder than words and she is a hard worker!!
