Nawal helped us tremendously during the buying process even she was not our agent. Without her help, we could not have been able to buy the house we love. We came across our dream house totally unprepared: no agent to work with, no cash to close, no pre-approval yet, etc. However, with her touch of magic, honesty, fairness, dedication, professionalism, thoughtfulness and experience, things went well. All parties are happy and grateful to have Nawal lead us through the whole big process. Nawal is an extremely professional and hard working agent. It is a pleasure for me to give her my highest possible recommendation. Nawal contacted me promptly after I had reached out to her agency while searching for a home to lease. I told her what we were looking for and she immediately got to work screening properties for us. We met several times for showings before finally finding our place. I appreciate that Nawal was always on time or early to our appointments.
Nawal proved to be a diligent advocate as well while she guided us through the lease negotiation and signing process. There were several issues that eventually were agreed on to the satisfaction of both parties. If you need a dedicated, honest and hard working realtor then Nawal is the one for you! She helped my husband and I find our forever dream home. We had our ups and downs during a year long home searching process and lost a home we absolutely loved due to some unforeseen circumstances.
