This is exactly the realtor you want on your side. To quote Oliver himself “real estate is like a war in Miami right now”. It is not something easily navigated on one’s own, and finding a realtor that is professional and talented is difficult as well. Mr. Ruiz immediately responded to all of my calls and messages. He worked diligently to find me a new home in a city where that is nearly impossible to do. Oliver is one of the best realtors in the game right now! He was always available to take my call or for a showing. He had so much knowledge and insight regarding all areas of miami-dade county it made me feel at ease knowing I made the right choice. Oliver knew all the buildings and all the pros and cons to each. At one showing, the other realtor even said I was happy to see you called, I know you have a great reputation in the business and always bring good clients. There are a lot of terrible real estate agents out there. Do yourself a favor and go with Oliver. Ive dealt with a lot of unprofessionals and part time realtors and Oliver COMPLETELY changed the narrative of how things are suppose to get done. Oliver helped us navigate the tough renter’s market in Brickell of spring 2021. We were hoping to stay in our neighborhood and preferably our current building at the time. Oliver is great to deal with. He’s knowledgeable, personable and professional. Oliver makes himself accessible to his clients for questions and concerns. His knowledge of the real estate business is second to none. I first enlisted Oliver’s services when I bought my home here in Miami. He was patient while we looked and many houses. He worked with our mortgage broker when it was time to make an offer and the purchase went through without so much as a hick up. Years later when we decided to sell the home there was no doubt in my mind as to who I’d ask for help. I contacted Oliver, he came out, gave pointers and other advice. When my home was listed the ad was phenomenal to say the least. His photographer was professional on time. The person who bought our home had some obstacles. Oliver was there to answer our questions, assist in making the closing as smooth as possible and more importantly offer piece of mind in knowing we had the best available representing us. When I make another purchase I’ll definitely contact Oliver Ruiz.

My only regret is not meeting Oliver sooner. We have bounced from Miami broker to broker. Virtually all oversold and under delivered. I received a cold call from Oliver, got a 30 second sales pitch, and never looked back. Oliver found qualified tenants for our high-end Brickell units and was instrumental in closing the deals - going above and beyond to make things go smoothly for us and the tenants.
