We’re blown away at Pat’s work ethic, no nonsense, bottom line, selling our home for the best price. Pat knows her stuff, told us what we needed to do to get the right price. This was our family homestead & it was extremely emotional, Pat was so kind to our family and supportive, she had the home sold in less than 35 days, now it’s time to move on & let someone else make their own memories. We moved to CT from NYC. Pat helped us find a condo to rent, and made sure we got through the application process. We wouldn't have applied due to the no-pets request on the ad, but she knew the owner and that our cat would be OK. So glad because we love the place, and so does our kitty!

This is the second time we have used Pat as our realtor. First when we bought the house many years ago and now this time when we sold it! Pat was always very professional and made sure we were kept in the loop during the entire process. Due to living out of state, everything from start to finish was done via phone and email but never once did we feel that Pat did not give us her 100% best.
