I expected the worst since the home we wanted was a short sale but I couldn’t be happier with the transaction . Ron and his team , the lender and the attorney worked together and made it possible . Not to mention we had the condo the sell as well. We closed on the sale of the condo and closed on our new home 4 days apart . Thank you 🙏🏽.
