This A team is the best I have ever seen . These people are fast, efficient & courteous . They rented out my first condo for me last year within a week of it filled . I acquired a second condo this year . I gave Cyrena another call . She was out the next day with a photographer & it was listed on the sites that night. Yes , that's how lightning fast they are ! It took a week to get rented only because I stuck to my guns on the amount I wanted or I could of rented it the next day if I went lower on the rent .Also I want to add that there prices are very reasonable to do there magic.

Ronnie did a fantastic job in helping us sell our condo in Great Park (Solis Park area)! We were under a time crunch as we wanted to get under contract on another home, but our pre-qualification required us to sell our current home. I met with Ronnie on a Wednesday morning where he went through and explained the process in great detail and took the time to answer my many questions. I mentioned to him our situation and he was super quick to act. He had our house listed and on the market by Thursday afternoon with open houses already scheduled for the weekend. He ran into a scheduling issue where the staging company wouldn't be able to stage the house until the following week, but with the open house in a couple of days Ronnie sprang into action. He personally staged the house himself within 1 day! We had two weekends of open houses in which he provided detailed notes of who visited, their interest level, if they were pre-qualified, etc. His thoroughness, attention to detail, and communication were exemplary during the whole selling process and exceeded our expectations. Ronnie and his team are truly exceptional. When you sign up with Ronnie you get a whole team focused on making sure everything is taken care of and your home is presented at it's very best. They are very responsive, the knowledge of the Market in this area is second to none. Ronnie sold our house a few days after seeing it for the first time. He sold over asking before the house even went on the Market, I think less than 7 days after I first called him, and with an offer of slightly over asking. The sale happened while we were on a cruise in Alaska and Ronnie and team went over and above to minimize anything we would need to do while on vacation. There were a couple of snags here and there with the house, but Ronnie quickly took care of all of them. Think of the Macgyver of real estate, whatever the problem Ronnie will find the quick and effective way to fix it. Picture this, you really only have 2 weeks to list, prep, and receive an offer (has to be at asking price) on your home, otherwise you lose out on the home of you and your familys dreams. Tall task, right? But not for Ronnie and Cyrena. We submitted an inquiry on Sunday night, and Ronnie himself reached out to us on Monday morning with his plan of attack on how to best get the home sold, came over later that day to check out the space and just 2 days later, we were officially listed on the MLS and all the biggest home listing websites that you know of. But that was the easy part! Now came the open houses, private showings, advertisings, and everything in between, and Ronnie was there in person every step of the way. Answering every call and text as our anxious selves were probably irritating him, but you'd never know it by how calm and reassuring he was throughout the entire process. Knowing how tight our timeline was, Ronnie made sure he was available whenever anything was needed. Potential buyer wants a private showing in 2 hours? No problem, he's available. Private showing an hour after a full day of open house? No problem, he's there. Fast forward 12 days from listing date, and Ronnie was able to pull an offer at above asking price and did everything he can to make sure the close process went as smoothly as possible for us. Having a 6 month old during this time made things extremely stressful for us, but again, Ronnie ensured that nothing was done without our approval and making sure we were OK with it before proceeding. Ronnie is definitely the best agent we’ve ever had!

Every couple years we are either buying or selling real estate. We are from the East Coast currently living in the Midwest and will be relocating to Irvine, CA. We almost lost hope of finding a house without physically being in Irvine and Newport Beach area. We lost a couple of deals even though we were flexible with price and were ready to offer more to be competitive.

All this before we found Ronnie!

He is so familiar with the market and very knowledgeable and sophisticated about making real estate deals. With his great sense of market trends and timing, we were able to secure an ideal model home within our budget.

He worked tirelessly for us to walk us through video chat for any house we were interested in. The bonus is that he is so resourceful, while we are not in Irvine yet, he has a team to help us with renovations and house projects after our purchase.

Where do I even begin. Ronnie & Cyrena are seriously the most brilliant team you can consider working with. They have their process dialed in so well and give you the full service experience where you hardly have to lift a finger. Ronnie came to my house the morning that stagers were coming and offered to help move my things to the garage. I mean, who does that? He even brought boxes! The charisma, consistency, and market knowledge present with this team is an a completely different level than anybody else you'll work with. Hands down.
