I met Mayra at a rental showing in late March for a great apartment in Bushwick while my roommate and I were just getting started on our apartment hunt. We applied that night, but ultimately ended up missing out on the apartment.

She went above and beyond to make sure that we not only saw the apartment, but also was able to see the amount of light it got during the day. My roommate and I are both from California and were struggling to find a place in New York because we couldn't visit the places ourselves. Our friends were more than happy to help us look in person, but scheduling with them was too difficult and at the end of the day we needed a miracle... and Chanel Clark was just that! It was both of our first times looking for an apartment on our own, and as a second year college student I had no idea how to do any of it. Chanel made all of the meticulous technicalities of finding an apartment extremely clear and concise, and made sure to keep us hopeful when our faith of finding a good apartment wavered in such a hot market. I called or texted her multiple times confused and anxious about whether I filled something out correctly, and I just know any other person would have lost their patience with me... but Chanel stayed gracious with me the entire time and for that I am incredibly grateful. The whole process is daunting (especially since we were on a time crunch) but I felt cared for the whole way through. And she was just as excited about us finding/getting the apartment than us! Chanel Clark stayed within our budget and never pressured us to raise it the way other brokers had in the past, gave us her honest opinion on the places we looked at, and kept in great communication with us during and after locking in our new spot. I'm really happy with where we live. I'd recommend Chanel to anyone who's looking to love where they live too.

Chanel Clark is the realtor you MUST HAVE. She is professional, honest and will work to rent your apartment as quickly as possible while ensuring that the tenants are high quality. My newly renovated apartment complete with exposed brick, hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances, accessible to main train and bus routes and in the heart of Brooklyn, sat on the markets for almost 7 months with a previous realtor. Chanel saw that the apartment was vacant and inquired if we would be interested in having her support in finding a tenant. Within 10 days Chanel was able to rent the apartment...10 DAYS! I was angry that the previous realtor truly did not show the interest in renting the apartment and quickly turned that anger into gratitude because the previous realtor's lack of interest was the thing that led Chanel to us. I was always hesitant about using a real estate agent. I usually acquired my rentals by word of mouth or through a friend. However times have changed and I knew I needed someone who was reliable, efficient, and thorough. I saw an ad for my apartment and reached out to the agent Chanel Clark. I emailed her through an apartment finder website and she responded within 2 days. I had a house that was a rental property that pretty much went all wrong.
I was in some pretty deep trouble if I couldn't get out from this property and the folks at Peace of Mind Came up with a plan and went to work. Dason was relentless at getting the property listed and sold, He was like a pitbull seriously. Everyday he was on the phone trying to move the property. Things didn't move like super fast, but they did move and even when there was nothing to report they told me the truth. Any way, I had just about given up and they really came through. Even at the closing when it looked like the deal was going to fall through. They still hit a home run. This company has their ear to the street while keeping their eyes on the big picture. Your Peace of Mind!!! Any way its been some years and now I am looking to buy a house. I wouldn't be able to even consider making such a move with out the help from the folks at Peace of mind realty.
