Scott was an invaluable resource for our home search in Chester County PA. In an exceedingly difficult “seller’s market” he worked closely with us to find a home that fit our needs.
Our search was complicated by the fact we were relocating from out of state, and we had a lot to learn about the local market.
He was especially helpful during the negotiation process providing a professional sounding board on all the options and pros and cons every step of the way.
Scott is patient, thorough and knowledgeable and we would not hesitate to use his services again.

If you are looking for anything in the real estate world Scott Is your person . I could not have found a better realtor to walk me through the first time home buying process . He answered every single one of my questions , always answered the phone and was never late to a appointment with me . I was looking to buy in West Chester and i knew from previous reviews that this was a area he was very familiar with . I wanted one particular neighborhood and when the house popped up he guided me with my offer and got me in with multiple other offers on the table. He was extremely trustworthy knowledgeable and dependable. I will definitely be back to him when I’m ready to sell and buy again.

Scott did an amazing job selling my house and helping me buy my new house. He sold my house for over asking price and did it quickly. He told us that this would most likely happen. Then he found me an off-market house where I was able to get a good deal on it because nobody else knew about it. I’am extremely happy with my new house and already have a lot of equity in it after putting some work into it. I would recommend Scott to everyone as he looks out for your best interest. He also turned out to be a great friend.

Me and my fiancé are so lucky we found Scott as our realtor. We searched and searched for weeks and picked Scott based off of yelp/Zillow reviews and could not be happier with our experience. With the market as crazy as it is right now it is so important to find a Knowledgeable agent that makes time for you. Also make sure they that agent can prepare you to make the best offer to get your home. Scott is 5 stars in all of these Categories. Scott was always patient never pushy. He managed to get us our dream home within our budget and not have to over pay. We still have no idea how he did it but we are so thankful! Without Scott and his expertise we would still be searching. All in all if you are looking to buy or sell you would be doing yourself a disservice not to pick Scott as your real estate agent.

Scott is one of the most thorough agents out there. Very professional and takes his time with each client. He doesn’t go through the motions by making clients feel like they are part of an assembly line. He listens to each clients’ needs and wants then adapts to each situation. Scott will even go over and above exceeding expectations. I was in a difficult situation when a buyer back out requesting their deposit back. Scott did the extensive research for me to understand options from a legal perspective and presented me with solutions to resolve the problem. He is an expert in the business, the area, and market conditions. Also has many connections from being in the industry to help clients with choices (mortgage companies, contractors, etc.). I trust and used Scott for my own personal home search, renting a property, and selling a property. Even though there were bumps in the road (which is expected going through the process of buying/selling homes) it felt seamless. I trusted Scott with his recommendations and execution of the deals. I highly recommend using Scott for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home. Also recommend for general guidance about the industry.

When I started looking for houses, I searched top 10 realtors in the area, guess what Scott's name popped up the first and very rightly so.He is amazing as person and extremely knowledgable about the whole process. He helped us find our first home in the desirable neighborhood. He guided me and my wife through the entire process very thoroughly and made sure that we know all the steps. The way he dealt the issues that came up in home inspection, is really amazing. There was a need for stucco inspection in the house that we were going to buy. He actually called stucco inspection companies in the area and found the best guy with very reasonable cost. I did not had to go through all that pain. He managed all that himself. He also made sure that I don't have to pay for stucco remediation and got the written confirmation from HOA for the same. There were lot of back and forth between us and the seller and he managed all the stress as well and made sure that we get the house. Even after closing, he reached out to us to find out how we are doing and if we need any help with any work in house. Would highly recommend Scott. He makes the process pretty seamless. Cheers !!

Scott is a great agent. He sold my house in 2019 and recently found my family a new home in 2020. He sold my existing house in five days above asking price. Finding a new home was a 10 month process. My wife and I were searching in areas that were 30+ minute drives for Scott. However, he was eager to schedule showings and always kept a positive attitude. He is patient, smart and knows the process very well. Scott does his homework and knows the appraisal / comp side of the business along with the contracting / remodeling. He also gave honest feedback and advice throughout the process (which was refreshing). Instead of telling us what we wanted to hear, he gave us advice that produced results. Definitely a great quality for an agent.

I found Scott on Yelp and reached out to him with questions about how much our house was worth and could he help us move it quickly (as we wanted to move in less than 3 months). Scott hooked us up with an electrician, painter, and cleaner that helped us take care of some quick inexpensive upgrades to help increase the value of our home, then helped us get listed and the house sold for asking price in SIX DAYS!! The closing process was made so much less stressful with Scott answering every question quickly and helping make the process as painless as possible. I went with Scott due to his reviews I found online and they proved to be deserved. Would definitely recommend him!!!

We met Scott through an open house. Shortly after we met, we sat down with him and went through our criteria. Over the next few months, as our criteria continuously changed, Scott patiently kept showing us home after home. We were trying to by our first home and we are so grateful that we had Scott on our side. He always provided us with an honest opinion, was always a quick message away and ensured we got the best deal. He found ways to save us money and negotiated so incredibly hard for us. I am a guy who knows nothing about buying a house. While looking to purchase a home, I did not have much help. The only help that was available was from my friend google. Google gave me the opportunity to develop a friendship with a man named, Scott. Scott was very supportive throughout the process of purchasing a home. His team’s guidance and exceptional service provided me with an approval and an unbelievably low interest rate. For example, the owner of the house refused to fulfill any obligations prior to settlement. Scott immediately arrived with a solution by providing the homeowner with a list of qualified and reasonably priced contractors. His solution helped expedite every issue/fix with the house. I highly recommend Scott if you want to buy or sell a property. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated to helping individuals. We have been with Scott since our first experiments of buying a home from 3 years ago. Unfortunately, we did not find what we were looking for back then, but he was able to help us find our next two places to rent. He was very patient and never demanding. I mean the man waited for us for 3 years until we found the perfect house we wanted. We went out on countless home walkthroughs that spanned several locations. He gave us several suggestions about homes and locations. His advice led us to eventually find our perfect first home. He supported us throughout the entire process. From asking follow up questions about the homes we visited to finding out specific details about the townships. I think Scott was a great choice for a realtor and I am happy to recommend him to friends and family as they begin their home searches. I will use Scott again if/when we look for our next home.
