Shane and his group were excellent. The bottom line is that my house sold for a good price in a reasonable amount of time. Shane and his team's performance were defined by their hustle. Whenever something needed to be done, it was done quickly and competently. Shane's group helped with all aspects of the sale from getting the house ready to sell, through listing, open houses, financial aspects, recommendations on actions from the inspection, right up to assistance on final cleaning for the sold property.

After almost a year of trying to sell, I paired with Shane. I liked him immediately. He was a no-nonsense straight communicator who eased the stress by not involving me with the small stuff and took care of things behind the scenes. He did not involve me and stress me out on the things that I did not need to be involved in. That was huge for me. I loved all the analytic data he sent me on a weekly basis as well as the deep dive personalized market analysis videos he put together each month. The condo situation is not great here in Florida but he was able to recover after one contract fell through and immediately was able to help me close with a cash buyer; all during the period following the hurricanes of Milton and Helene. I appreciate all the hard work he put in and I’m so thankful he was my realtor during an extremely challenging housing market. Believe me, you definitely want him in your court when trying to sell.

For anyone looking for a realtor, Shane Burgman is hands down who you should work with!! Shane worked with my husband and I for YEARS! We were in no rush to sell our old house and our list of “must haves” for a new house seemed unrealistic!

Shane and his team rock! I’ve heard so many good things about Shane that I didn’t even have to think twice about who to call when I wanted to sell my house. We absolutely loved working with Shane as our selling agent! We interviewed a couple of agents, and when Shane showed up with charts, graphs, and solid data, my husband (Engineer) and I (Data Analyst) knew we had found our perfect realtor. Shane instantly picked up on our similar personalities and let us know we could be totally at ease with him. His pricing was spot on, his photographer and stager did a fantastic job (even with a trouble spot we were dealing with in the house), and he set up an AWESOME open house that brought in a ton of traffic. Unfortunately, we moved out of state, so we couldn't use him as our buying agent, but he worked with our other agent and hustled to meet several contingencies we had for a property we were buying. Shane is like Gandalf the Grey, except younger and ginger colored. He is truly a wizard the way he manages his day, services his customers and produces content like a boss.

In June 2021 we asked Shane about potential new construction in Sierra Cove. Shane has personal experience with the process as he recently built a new home with Viera Builders. He quickly brought us up to speed and put us in touch with a VB Sales Manager (shout out to Ryan). Next thing you know we were in the lottery and Shane said, I know you are going to win so I'll come over on my golf cart and bring champagne. (Note we had a ~15% chance to be selected). What happened??? We popped that baby at 12pm on a scorching hot June day and celebrated our win!

Shane developed a timeline so that we could visualize how he would help us sell our current home and close on the new build with an efficient and stress free approach. The sale of our home was seamless and Shane's team executed everything above our expectations. The home received multiple offers and Shane kept us in the loop throughout the process.

We were looking for a home online because we aren't in Florida yet. Shane originally stood out to us above other agents because he had a lot of videos that were fresh and relevant to the area. His own brand of marketing real estate is refreshing and we are so glad we went with Shane. Also the fact that we are veterans, we wanted to use Shane because he's walked the walk as a fellow vet.

Shane and his team worked with us, and even with the 3-hour time difference Shane took care of us at every turn. He did video walkthroughs of homes we liked and had great anecdotal advice on certain parts of homes he knew we would or wouldn't like. Shane Burgman is a rare breed and a genuine soul. He answered all my questions helped me with every process of the first time home buyers experience. He told us about going with new construction compared to finding a fixer upper. Convinced my husband might I add to go new construction instead of a fixer upper which is an almost impossible task. I was sent over 200 homes to view in the area that I was interested in looking in. Once we went with new builds he helped me find a community that wasn't in an HOA. My experience was smooth I had a small bump in the road with the appraisal but that was all worked out.

When we closed I was given a photo shoot and some champagne for closing on my first home. A gesture that Shane did not have to do but made is feel so special and like we matter.

After closing Shane still reached out to us, helping me with purchasing the lot behind me and giving me information about homestead and any other questions I have along the way.

I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a realtor.

Shane was instrumental in helping me find my home here in Brevard. I was traveling out of state constantly and unable to do much of the leg work myself and he would go above and beyond to not only find houses that met my criteria, but would then record video tours and answer any and all questions without hesitation. For physical house tours, I had a window to come down one weekend on the fly and Shane had everything ready to go at a moment's notice to show me houses I asked about as well as houses he intuitively matched to the other houses I requested. Shane was one of the very first people I met when I moved to Florida. We quickly formed a relationship through my work, so when it was time to get out of our apartment and find our first home, it was a no brainer to call Shane.

Buying a house, especially as a first time buyer and in this area, is honestly just the worst, so I can’t imagine what the process would have been like if we didn’t have Shane to slow things down and walk us through the process. If there was something we were frustrated with, we called Shane, and he helped us make sense of it.

We truly feel like Shane had our best interest in mind, and that continues to his day, nearly two years after closing. Shane and I met at a brewery one afternoon through a mutual friend. We hung out for awhile, sharing stories and laughs, and it came up in conversation that he was a realtor. At the time I was working with a realtor from out of town so I told Shane that I wasn't "available". Shane told me if the long distance doesn't work out, to give him a call. A few months later I gave Shane a call. This happened about three years ago. Shane was very patient with my fiancé and I as we looked at numerous properties over the years. Stressful is a word used when selling a house. Especially with a two year old wild child and a 70 pound Shepherd. My wife and I are small business owners so the last thing we needed was another stressful long drawn out process.

We got the exact opposite with Shane. Shane and his team were Clear about expectations from the get go. They exceeded all these expectations. They made sure every step of the way was taken care of with no surprises.

Our dude Shane helped us out 4 years ago when we first moved to Melbourne. He was a breeze to work with then and has only gotten cooler. This time we were looking to move out of our rental (yes the same one he found us 4 years ago) and finally BUY! Shane hooked us up with a great lender, took us on plenty of tours across Brevard county, and most of all, never lost hope! No matter how stressed we got, Shane always knew we would find our dream home.
