A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Shannon’s achievement-driven energy led her to a career on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. prior to receiving her Real Estate license. Today, having sold over 500 homes, $25 million in Real Estate sales in 2020 alone, Shannon believes, “a great REALTOR must be an expert in all facets of the market in order to well serve a client’s needs.” Shannon’s nearly 20 years in Real Estate coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, network of area agents, cutting-edge marketing knowledge, and warm leadership style make her a force in the industry.

At home, Shannon’s inspiration are her four children, Jack, Bridie, Patrick, and Declan; whose resilience after losing their father motivates her and serves as her driving force. When looking to unwind, she enjoys her dogs, Lou and Captain, and an energizing Peloton ride. Shannon also adores travel and is always up for a great documentary.
