When we decided to sell our home in Ashburn Virginia, we interviewed (4) agents prior to making our selection as to whom we would select to be the one. Shawna Moore came in 1st place hands down. I was looking for a agent who would tell me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear. Such as how to price the house . Not coming in with a unrealistic asking price just to get the listing. Then finding my self being told by other Realtors the reason your house is still on the market is it's priced to high or other reasons such as needed repairs. Lets face it. You want the best price you can get for your house. But you also want to sell your house. Shawnna was always there when I needed her . She worked with our HOA when needed. She met with contractors when I was out of down to get something taking care of. She has a long list of great contractors to call on when needed. I personally met one. They stated she is well known and respected in the Real Estate business. Bottom line is Shawnna Moore earned our business and respect by selling our house in a timely manner. I could not imagine using any other agent in the future.
