I know many real estate agents due to my line of work. When looking for an agent Steve's name came up. Within an hour of reaching out to him,, he contacted me and fully listened to my wants and needs.. from day one I dint feel like a number.. with this crazy market Steve was patient and understanding and quite responsive. When a house I liked came on the market, he had me scheduled for a viewing that same day. When I bid on the home he advised me without swaying me. I got the house!! From the second my offer was accepted, Steve kicked into gear with getting things going. I honestly felt that Steve was really watching out for me, not just as a client, but as he would watch out for a friend. My best interests were his priority. He was always available for my worry texts, took care of things and made the purchase of my perfect home so easy. I would recommend Steve to anyone that wants a real estate agent that puts them first and treats them like family.

I worked directly with Steve on several recent transactions, and he was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, from start to finish. I also felt confident knowing that Steve has worked in this industry for decades, and is therefore extremely knowledgeable in his profession.

The most notable aspect of Steve's service is that he was always readily available to answer any questions that I had along the way. In all instances, he returned my phone call within the hour.

Steve Miller is a gentleman and a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who seeks to work with a seasoned and polished real estate professional.

Steve represented us as buyers beginning in March 2021 and we had a tremendously positive experience. He is highly personable, meeting with us in-person to understand us as people, not just as buyers. His experience in the industry was valuable throughout the process due to his knowledge of many towns and prior relationships with seemingly all of the other real estate professionals we interacted with. The housing market was highly competitive so his support and leadership in navigating the environment was very effective. He advocated for us through multiple offers until we finally had our offer accepted and guided us all the way through closing. He was responsive by text, phone and email throughout the process and we always felt well-informed and up to date on our buying process. A great agent and even better person!

I'm sure there are a lot of realtors, in the Greater New Haven area, who are very knowledgeable about the housing market. However, with Steven Miller as my agent, I realized that he's truly one-of-kind! I had a great experience working with him to buy my new home. He never hesitated to pick up the phone (which is so rare these days) for follow-up and to talk things through with me. He's very personable and actually listened to all of my needs, wants, and concerns. No pressure, no rush – the pace was dictated by what I was looking for (and not looking for). Due to the fact that I was so well-informed by Steven, I was able to feel comfortable with the big decision I was making. Not only does he have outstanding service-oriented qualities, he also provided expert knowledge throughout the entire process. He would predict things before they would happen and we were able to stay out in front the whole time.
