Susanna was a great realtor. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the home market. We hired Susanna back in May of 2025 to sell our house in La Marque so we could move back to Wisconsin near family. Susanna knew how important it was for us to sell as quickly as possible to make that happen. She kept us positive, informed and made suggestions to make the selling of our house as easy as possible. Thanks to Susanna, we sold our house and closed in early October. We are very happy with the outcome of our experience with such a great person.

Susanna was recommended by a friend. She came and looked at my home. She provided valuable information in order to make my home ready for sale. She helped with finding contractors for some of the work that I had problems locating contractors. I had moved to my new home that was a couple of hours away. I had a contract within days of listing. During this process a hurricane visited Galveston. Susanna went into the house to ensure that there was no damage Susanna. Part of the fence was blown down. Susanna find several contractors for me. I was able to get the fence replaced. Susanna was wonderful throughout the process. My home sold. I am grateful for all of Susanna hard work.
