I have known Suzi and Pat for 10 years and they represent the best of the best in coastal real estate representation. I listed my home in Ritz Cove several years ago and the process that Suzi and Pat took me through was truly differentiating. Beginning with an honest market value assessment that led to an aggressive sales marketing plan that resulted in truly qualified and interested buyers. Unlike so many other high end realtors that only meet you during the listing process and then fade away, Suzi and Pat remained personally involved for showings and our open house. Ultimately, my wife and I decided to take our home off the market and stay in the community but if we were to desire to sell in the future there would be no doubt who would represent us. Truly a first class experience.
