T. Rosie Hetman-Clemente is a seasoned real estate broker and co-owner of Atlantic Shores Realty of Jacksonville LLC, bringing over 28 years of experience to the Northeast Florida market. A native Floridian and Jacksonville resident since 1996, Rosie has proudly helped hundreds of families buy, sell, rent, and invest in properties across the region.

Rosie began her real estate journey in 1997 with a small custom builder before joining Watson Realty in 1999, where she thrived in roles ranging from trainer to assistant manager. In 2012, she co-founded Atlantic Shores Realty to create a more agent-focused, innovative brokerage model. The firm is known for its commitment to paperless transactions and flexible commission structures, empowering agents to succeed on their own terms.

She holds multiple industry certifications, including EcoBroker Certified®, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Loss Mitigation Certification, Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD). Her passion for sustainability, professional growth, and diversity has made her a respected voice in the real estate community.

Rosie has served in various leadership capacities, including Beaches NEFAR Council Chair, Ponte Vedra NEFAR Council Vice-Chair, and roles within the Florida REALTORS® Global Business Alliance and Insurance Breakout Group.
