I’m CEO & Managing Broker with Luxuriant Realty in Menlo Park, CA, serving the entire Silicon Valley. I am a licensed CA Real Estate Broker and CA Civil Engineer. Before becoming a Real Estate Broker, I worked in both the private and public sectors performing structural design and construction management.

After interviewing 5 realtors who all came highly recommended, we chose Tim Proschold to sell our family home. He was everything we gathered in the interview and more. He’s a straight shooter, thorough and a man of integrity. Tim gracefully guided us through the clean-out, prep, repairs, inspection reports, mounds of paperwork, and made selling an effortless process. In addition, Tim was always a complete pleasure to work with. Can’t say enough great things about him and would highly recommend Tim to anyone needing a realtor. None of my siblings or I will hesitate to hire him again when we’re ready to sell our homes in the future.
