Vicky at coastal properties came to me at a very difficult time. The passing of my father brought a lot of stress into the situation and Vicky was very helpful. Her attention to details kept me from getting into a bad contract. She was able to negotiate everything beautifully and the end result was everything was exactly as it needed to be. I can't say enough about her professionalism. Her communications were spot on and continuous. She made a very difficult situation seamless. When it came time to sell our Florida Property we interviewed several real estate agents. Vickee Walthall stood well above the rest. Vickee is knowledgeable, kind, conscientious and accountable. She was straightforward with her recommendations and notably patient with the seller, our aging parent. She respectfully honoured his emotional attachment to his property and patiently helped him navigate the ever changing real estate market.
When it was time to return to our country we confidently left preparing, staging and showing the property in Vickee’s capable hands. She worked with her colleagues to secure the right buyers and to negotiate a very satisfactory final sales agreement.

When my 80 year old mother-in-law needed to sell her home in Clearwater, after owning it since 1979, I knew it would be important to hire the right realtor. She was going to relocate to South Florida. As a banker living in South Florida, I work with some of the best realtors, however, we had to rely on a friend's referral in Clearwater. We were so lucky to have been introduced to Vickee. From day 1 she impressed my wife and I. She was extremely easy to work with and always kept us updated. Vickee referred us to Susan Rae Hawkins (50+ Helpers Be Us) to assist with going through many boxes and items that had been accumulated for many years. She also helped pack up items to move to storage and South Florida. This was the second time Vickee was able to help us buy our dream home. After our first experience, we knew she was the only Realtor we could rely on to help us get exactly what we wanted again. She is incredibly knowledgeable, instantly responsive, very direct and impactful, while being one of the most pleasant people to ever be around. She’s always cheery and puts us in a good mood even if there’s bad news. We know she’s always going to be the one with the solution. She made us feel like the most important people in the world. My wife saw a listing pop up on a Friday afternoon and asked Vickee to take a look at it… she met us there the following day and she put in an offer for us. There are just not enough words to express our gratitude to Vickee and Russ Walthall. As a realtor she is tops, but it doesn’t end there. She not only sold our condo in 1 day but she and Russ also help us sell our garage and boat! Vickee went over ever detail of our sale to be sure we were happy with the outcome. Vickee was professional and super helpful. We purchased our condo at the beginning of 2020 and did it over FaceTime. She was patient and answered all of our questions. We asked her to make several trips back to the property before we committed to making an offer and she never complained and always did so quickly. She was knowledgeable in negotiating a fair price and we paid less than we anticipated for our condo. She knows the Clearwater area very well and was able to recommend services we needed once we moved in.
