Let’s start by saying the Legacy Team is AMAZING!!! In 2021 my family and I were set on selling our home. I spoke to Yadlynd about our desires, budget, and plans to buy a new home. She set up a time to meet personally to see the house and meet my family, as my Dad was a little hesitant then. She asked him questions to understand his expectations and worked with him to make him feel comfortable about the decision. Unfortunately, my dad passed away during this time which stopped us for a while from moving forward. I worked closely with Yadlynd and Natalie, and what I loved about them was that they checked in on me often to see how we were personally doing. They were never overbearing and showed that they genuinely cared about their clients. Months after, I reached out again to move forward. I was scared that the home would not sell for the price we agreed on because it needed ALOT of work. In addition, it was a co-op in NYC, and if you live in a co-op in the city, you already know that management can be VERY challenging, and it can take months to years to close on a co-op.

Yadlynd wanted to ensure that we were smart with our money and advised us to declutter and touch up a few areas. She even sent a few design ideas herself, including paint colors, etc. I planned on spending about $30,000 in renovations (my entire savings), but after the suggestions, I legit spent maybe $1000 - $2000 (if that) painting, decluttering, removing the carpet, wallpaper, and sanding the hardwood floors (Thank God for YouTube). The home looked completely different! She brought in her team to take pictures, and in less than 6 months, we closed! We decided to move to MD, where she referred us to another great realtor. I can’t thank Yadlynd and Natalie enough!! I was overwhelmed with starting a new Job full time, going to school full time, planning a funeral, and selling and buying a home, and they made the experience soooooo much easier!

Yadlynd teamed my husband and I up with Jessica, and Jessica was AWESOME! She was super quick to respond to every call/text/email. We felt like she was truly invested in helping us find our perfect home. She made it a point to pay attention to the things we liked and disliked about each home we saw. She worked closely with our lender, Jason at United Mortgage, to run all the numbers on all the houses we were interested in. She worked really hard for us, and we appreciate the whole team for all the work they did to make it happen for us. When we closed, we felt like they were just as happy for us as we were for ourselves. They are so genuine and such great people, and I will be recommending them to everyone!

After a recommendation in August and a conversation with Yadlyn, I signed a contract to work with Keller Williams Real Estate NYC September 2021.
My experience was nothing but amazing. Since I had already moved out of town, all communications were by email, text messages and phone conversations. This did not take away from the QUALITY of SERVICE that I received. YADLYN walked me through every step of the way. Her team was respectful of my time, needs and property. My house was in contract by October.

Natalie and her colleague Yadlyn was a recommendation from a trusted friend. They are the consummate professional and really works in the best interest of their clients. My husband and I were never left alone during the process of purchasing our home. They use a double team approach, meaning that if one wasn’t available the other was, this worked best for us because of our busy schedule. It wasn’t about the sale, I know that sounds corny, but honesty that’s they way my husband and I felt.
