A.J. went above and beyond being our realtor in the sale of my brother-in-laws home this past summer. He became a friend! His knowledge and guidance made the process easy for us and also his hands on help. He was by our sides from explaining comps, what would be a fair price, listing of home and listening to our questions and concerns. He was front and center at all times during the sale and closing and we never felt like he wasn't there for us totally. I highly recommend him and have to quite a few people. You can't go wrong by trusting his to be your realtor!

AJ was phenomenal. I believe that he truly made the process much easier, calmer, and less stressful than it would have been with anyone else. AJ took the time to explain complex realty jargon to me and give helpful tips and insights whenever possible, which helped to put everything in perspective and ease the pressure.

When I bought my house, the market was very competitive and homes were selling left and right. The home buying process can be very stressful and overwhelming, but with AJ, those feelings were as minimized as they possibly could have been. He was happy to show me as many houses as I wanted to look at, answered questions when I had them, and was diligent in sending me listings based on my specific needs and wants. I also don't think I would be as knowledgeable and confident about being a homebuyer if he wasn't my realtor.

All in all, I would highly recommend AJ. I wouldn't have wanted to go through the process with anyone else. AJ is diligent, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He also is immensely passionate and caring about the people he works with, and will go above and beyond for his clients. Honestly, to not work with AJ would be doing yourself a disservice.

Working with AJ was an absolute blessing. My wife and I were looking to buy our first home together, and AJ helped to make the home-buying process virtually stress-free. He helped set us up with a custom home search based on what we were looking for, and always made himself available to schedule showings for us. It took us quite a while to find our place because we were going up against a tough market, but he stuck with us through the whole journey, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident with our home purchase. Even after we closed, AJ offered to lend us his own personal moving equipment to help us get moved in and settled. When we first started our home buying journey we were looking for a realtor, and by the end we ended up finding a friend. If you're looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor, I can't recommend AJ enough.

I cannot recommend AJ enough!! My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers in a very tough market, but AJ made the experience so enjoyable! We loved that he would always take the time to really explain everything to make sure we felt confident and prepared each step of the way. Even though we have been closed on our home for a bit now, he continues to be such a great help to us offering any recommendations we may need (who have always provided excellent service when we used them) to just being there for us if we have any questions along. If you are ready to buy or sell your home, do yourself a favor and work with AJ! You will not regret it.

Simply put, A.J. was phenomenal.
Our mother passed unexpectedly in March. My brother lives in another and I live over an hour away from my mom’s house. There were many emotions and details to attend to, not to mention, a house and contents to deal with. A.J. made time to meet with me and when my brother came to town, we met again. He walked us through all of our options and scenarios. He listened and advised. In between the meetings there were phone calls and emails. His communication was 2nd to none. We managed to get my mom’s house on the market at the end of April and we had multiple offers to review within 4-5 days.
I never would have made it through that process without his guidance and professionalism.

When I began searching for my home, I encountered a problem that I had never anticipated. I could not find the right realtor for me. I spoke with several realtors over the year-long time frame that we were looking for a house. They were either too pushy, did not follow up in a timely manner, or did not respect my budget. AJ was none of those things! AJ always had ample time to explain any part of the home buying process, responded quickly to any communication, and always respected my budget. AJ never once rushed me in my home buying process or "pushed" me into making an offer on a house I was not comfortable with. I could not write enough good things about AJ with Seay Real Estate. If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would! I highly recommend AJ for anyone looking for a house!

My wife and I met AJ at an open house and took an instant liking to him. He was knowledgeable and trustworthy throughout the entire buying and selling process. He gave us his honest opinions and enough information so we could make informed decisions. He followed through on everything he said he would and was available almost anytime we needed him. The effort he put into prepping and listing the house we moved out of meant we were able to sell it for top dollar and he helped us find and secure great deal on a new house in a great neighborhood. I am convinced that everything would not have gone as smoothly as it did if we did not have AJ in our corner.
